Toni Hatton
has always had visions of singing and acting since she was a child. This Baltimore Native sang her way through grade school,
volunteering for every singing opportunity possible. She was honored to acquire voice lessons with Mrs. Carter, wife
of the late Dr. Nathan Carter, Director of the Morgan State University Choir. She definitely has the voice and passion
for singing to bring about healing and transformation in the lives of others.

about marriage. The anthology will address what you thought marriage

EXPECTED READER
RESPONSE: Because love is blind, readers should clearly see how certain strengths and weaknesses are overlooked during the dating
process. Readers should also be able to gleam from your writing the
signs of a good relationship versus a relationship that needs a little more time to cultivate before the big, “I DO!” Readers that are considering marriage should be able to gain insight to the things
that they are overlooking in relationships, things that they are taking for granted that they think will change in a relationship,
and what they are willing to live with as well as what they are unwilling to live with. Readers
should also be able to answer for themselves whether their mate is someone they can call a friend and whether they really
want to spend the rest of their life with that person. Readers that
are married should gain a different perspective of their relationship; they should be able to view their marriage in a different
light, obtain information on how to maximize what’s good and learn how to cultivate what needs to be developed, and
gain wisdom as to how they can strengthen their marriage.
TOPICS TO INCLUDE IN YOUR ARTICLE:
1.What did you think marriage was
before you got married and did that change after you got married?
2.What qualities were you looking
for in a mate? Were they realistic?
3.“Your marriage is what you make it.” What
does this statement mean to you and what tools would you recommend for building a covenant marriage?
4.How did you overcome a particular challenge in your marriage?
5.How has the meaning of marriage changed for you over the years?
6.What do you think most people don’t know about marriage?
TIPS: Be open and honest. This anthology is compiled
with the intent to give support, guidance, and information to those who are committed to or about to commit to a lifetime
covenant relationship. The information you share will change millions
of lives, encourage some and enlighten others about the greatest institution, covenant, and commitment in the world called
marriage!
